RETURN | EXCHANGE POLICY

These products are notated on their product page on ChairLife.com.) All items must be returned in new and resalable condition in order to obtain credit. The product manufacturer reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items.

This credit may be applied towards the purchase of a comparable item or issued in the form of a credit card refund. All returns must be made within ten business days (10 days) of the original invoice date. Returns will not be accepted after ten business days (10 days). Custom items are non-returnable. PAYPAL & PAYMENT 

ChairLife accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: you can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will NOT be processed until payment has been received. Once the order is finalized an e-mail conformation will be generated and sent out to the buyer. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please contact us. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. All orders will drop ship from manufactures within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. All packages will be sent via UPS ground, unless noted otherwise.

HOW PRODUCT IS SHIPPED

A tracking number will be e-mailed to the buyer on the day the item ships. If special shipping instruction are needed please contact ChairLife.com All returns require prior authorization from ChairLife.com and are subject to a restocking fee. Upon authorization, a Return Authorization number will be issued. This number must be referenced on the original invoice and included with the product as well as written on the package being returned. Products with their RA numbers may be shipped to the manufacturer’s address.

Once the manufacturer has received the returned item and determined the item to be in new and resalable condition, a credit in the amount of the original invoice less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be issued. (Please note some products have a higher restocking fee.
